31 Days for £31

So you're curious? That's a good start. I don't want you to waste any of your time finding out more until you've answered the following questions........

I want to give my time and energy to those of you who want to allocate YOUR TIME (even just a little) to YOURSELF. This campaign is not about me - believe me when I say it, I am not making any money by offering classes for less than £1.50. I want to give back for the support I've received over the last few months, I want to feel motivated and inspired by YOU - I want to kickstart YOU.

  • 21 classes available throughout the month - live online or in-studio.
  • Sweat+Tone, Functional Yoga+Movement, Pause - Slow Down, Good Morning Flow - there is DEFINITELY something for everyone, whatever your goal.
  • All classes are for all abilities - so long as you're willing to try. There are challenging moments if you want to push yourself, but if you don't, then don't bother! Take it easy, or go hard - it's your class to do as much or as little as you like!
  • PLUS MEGA BONUS!! When you sign up, you'll be invited to join a private Facebook group just for those people on this plan. Here you'll find recipes, shorter exercise drills, meditation and mindfulness sessions, love and motivation from me and each other, plus anything else I can think of to keep you going for the entire month!
That's pretty much it. You choose a class, buy a 31 Day pass and off you go! Then just log back on to book as many other classes as you like!
